Part of the team for auditsand gap analysis w.r.t to GMP for various vendors (both API/Raw Materials and Packaging Materials) and implementation of the improvement plans. Also actively involved in the internal audit of various production department at GSK factories in Pakistan.
Vast experience in managing Supply Chain implementation of effective Procurement strategy, Vendor relationship management, Risk Analysis and Inventory optimization. Work closely with vendors from the product development stage enabling them to supply defect free supplies.
