Bilquis Yasmeen is an experienced trainer and consultant in the areas of Quality Management Systems, problem solving, functional baseline, Lean Sigma process matrix, process /system development & leadership. Dr. Yasmeen worked in GSK for sixteen years in various business roles & has versatile professional experience and leadership in Operational Excellence and Organizational Development.

As a Quality Executive in the pharma industry, she has developed implemented, managed and audited GMP compliant quality management systems. She led the processes of gap analysis, risk management, change management, CAPA, GMP Training and audits. In her role of Global Quality Auditor, she provided training, technical support and audits across GSK network. She led the team of BPCS implementation at 4 sites of GSK Pakistan.

She rolled out Lean Sigma processes at GSK sites of Thailand & Pakistan. Conducted White Belt & Green Belt Lean sigma trainings at GSK India, Malaysia & Pakistan. In 2009, Dr. Yasmeen conducted GB training for staff of Wythe Pakistan. She is mentoring GBs in LS projects at Chevron, Philippines. Her lean sigma background includes applications of SPC, DMAIC, FMEA, root cause analysis, functional baseline& lean sigma deployment. Lean Sigma Baseline activities in topical, inhalers, steriles & antibiotic value streams led to identification of several projects which not only exceeded the financial targets but brought a cultural change for sustainable process improvement.

She is working with Green Productivity Consultants in association with Bfz, Germany and Espire, Pakistan for the development of industrial sector in Pakistan.
