Having fifteen years of diversified full time experience in systems of operations. He has worked in Retail Banking (Citibank), Automotive Manufacturing (Toyota, Hino), FMCG Production (Colgate-Palmolive), and has also consulted for Hospitals, Telecom Providers, Restaurants, Courier Companies, and others. He has got a master’s degree in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and another master’s in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. At MIT he remained associated with the Lean Advancement Program as a Research Assistant for two years. For the last seven years he has been teaching Operations Management in the MBA Program at Institute of Business Administration Karachi.
